Return and Refund Policy

At TwinkleChoice.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Once return/exchange/replacement is accepted , the product for return/exchange/replacement  will be delivered within 1-7 working days.

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrectly shipped

To request an exchange, contact our support team with product photos and order details.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Product photos

    • Issue description

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
